I bellissimi funghi porcini di Borgotaro, raccolti nei boschi di castagno, in pieno giugno
Scusate per l'assillo, per la quasi ossessione, ma mai, da memoria d'uomo, si é assistito, in giugno, ad una crescita di funghi di tale qualità, sopratutto di tale quantità.
Tanto da meritare ancora una serie di foto e un video (le parole, di fronte a certe bellezze, sono inutili!), ambientate nell'habitat naturale del fungo: il bosco di castagno, quello che viene definito come "l'università del cercatore di funghi".

People purporting to be Italian keep leaving comments that 'the original recipe' doesn't cook the eggs, or doesn't use Marsala, or doesn't use Kahlua. However I have been assured by many other Italians that they do. I've done my research and there does not seem to be any 'original recipe', or even any agreed-upon origin of the dessert. But whoever it was who first came up with this I am grateful to them for by any other name it would still taste as sweet ;-)
